The hood features a double rear wall forming an extraction plenum, optimized to ensure proper airflow distribution and prevent vortex formation inside the chamber. Suction is further ensured by an upper air intake and a localized intake on the work surface, allowing rapid gas evacuation.

To guarantee maximum safety, the hood is equipped with:

• Explosion-proof system

• Safety lock in case of cable breakage

• Opening stop at 50 cm for safe handling of the front panel

The extraction unit consists of a sealed motor with IP55 protection rating (CE certified), complete with a polypropylene scroll and impeller. The sizing of the extraction system is carried out in compliance with current regulations, taking into account the hood dimensions, exhaust path, and specific operations performed.
